Bollywood romantic comedy.
Jay (Imran Khan) and Simran (Sonam Kapoor) both work for Veer Kapoor (Samir Soni), a celebrated film director specialising in romantic dramas.
While Simran is enchanted by the romance of the movies she works on, and sees their magic reflected in her own seemingly-perfect relationship with her fiance Raj (Sammir Dattani), Jay is more cynical about both love and work.
However, as time goes by both Jay and Simran are forced to adjust their outlook as they gradually come to accept one another's way of thinking.
