Maharaj Singh (Shammi Kapoor) is a wealthy racehorse breeder whose son is kidnapped when poachers attack his ranch.
Years later, the family's manservant Ram Singh (Ramesh Deo) brings home a charming young man called Badal (Amitabh Bachchan), telling the Singhs that he is their missing son. The family are delighted and embrace Badal with open arms, but is he really who he claims to be?
