Separated as children, Ratan and Chaman grow up to lead very different lives. When Chaman flees his home town following a terrible accident, he discovers his twin and, to protect himself, injures Ratan and steals his identity.
Ratan is left with amnesia and his struggle to regain his memory leads him to his former love interest, Meera (Veena).
