After 23 years of dutiful service to the Valdes family, Raquel (Catalina Saavedra) has come to regard herself as not only a maid but a member of the family. However, her barely concealed bitterness towards her employer’s eldest daughter, and the resulting clashes between the two, lead the family to believe she is overworked.
The family hire more help but, feeling usurped, Raquel begins to sabotage each new employee by resorting to childish antics in an attempt to maintain her ambiguous place within the family.
