We are not anti the formulaic, safe and cynically targeted Hollywood/UK majority being released this side of the pond, but they already receive plenty of coverage within the British media’s insightful coverage of actors’ latest facelifts, breakdowns, shoplifts, and so forth.
Looking beyond the subtitles, we give coverage through previews, reviews, competitions, and much more, to productions helmed by true auteurs, who are willing (or perhaps more importantly are allowed) to push boundaries, whilst offering a valuable insight into unfamiliar cultures (we also give coverage to the rubbish ones as well – so you know what to avoid!).
